Protecto - Roof Coatings are premium high solids Polyurethane coating systems that form a thick, seamless film that eliminates water seepage from roofs and terraces. They provide a tough, elastic, skid resistant, durable, heat insulating, abrasion resistant layer that gives long lasting waterproof protection to the substrate. The UV resistant coatings can expand and contract with the slab without cracking and are designed to withstand extremes in temperature and weather conditions. Protecto-Wallgard coatings, when applied over walls and wooden structures (either clear or pigmented ), form an elastic, abrasion resistant, anti fungal protective film that eliminates water seepage. If required, decorative paints (solvent based or water based emulsions) can also be applied over them. They increase the life of the plastered/wooden surfaces, and do not allow paint to peel off. Their special formulation and inherent properties of the material retards growth of fungus and thereby reduces the frequency of re-painting considerably.
